this is gonna be a long post, just want to share some experience when watching their concert also give some (hopefully helping) tips for attending (shinee) concert in jap/kor as a foreigner. sorry if my english/grammar is bad :(
pre-concert (mood; anxious)
what i learned is that you can't buy ticket by yourself because it requires you to have a japanese or korean ID to get them, except you participate in sm global package (more money ofc). so there are 3 ways (that i've tried) to get the tickets:
1. buying from shopping service site like koreanshoppingservice.com. eventhough it cost a bit more extra money but i think this is the safest way to buy a ticket and give you a bit more guarantee to get the tix because i bought my swc2 tix from her and my friend also got her bigbang vip tour tix from her. i recommend to order before the selling day because u know how fast tickets got sold out in korea. You should pay a deposit first (via paypal) to place your order, and dont worry because if she can't get your tix, you have your money back (as stated in the web). after the selling day, she sent me an email about options of which seats that she had, it's not the best seat like 1st floor area but i think it's more than okay seat because i can see them clearly (2nd floor) and the important thing is u can watch them right. after that, she gave me another email that contains an e-voucher of ticket with my name on it. you must exchange it (bring your passport/id!) into the real ticket later at the venue. there are some other shopping service site by googling it~~
2. ask for a help from j/k-shawol who can speak english. if you have friend in korea/japan they can give you a big help because the first world problem is language barrier lol. i once asked for a help from japanese shawol that i knew from twitter to book a ticket for me (thanks rika-san!) because the ticket site doesnt have an english version. and because japanese concert usually using lottery method so it's kinda hard finding a shopping service site like in korea. but then getting the ticket in this way is based on your luck, your friend can't give you a guarantee for getting this lottery tix. thankfully i got this lottery tickets and i pay my friend via paypal, good thing is your friend won't cost you any extra money. then you can collect your ticket by meeting your friend or send the ticket via international post (extra money ofc, and a bit expensive if you live farrrrr awayyy from jap).
3. last way is hmm well i just share my experience it's an illegal action actually(lol!) and i'm not recommend it for you because it has many consequences. buying from twitter. if you search in twitter there are some people who sell their ticket, idk if they do it on purpose for getting money (bcs they sell it in higher amount) or they truly selling their tix bcs suddenly they couldn't attend the concert. so my story goes when my family decided to go on holiday in tokyo, didnt know at first if shinee throws an encore for jat in tokyo at my date. after i found out, i'm already at tokyo and i talked to my friend for a help and she said 'u should be gambling about this one, go search on twitter! i've done it for 2pm last summer' so i tried but everyone is tweeting in japanese, i tried using gtranslate (u know how sucks it is) but i survive talking to some japanese v^^ anyway, it's either sold or it's to expensive i nearly gave up and let it go. it's harder than i thought, you should check the twitter search engine every period of time because once a person sell it goes sold so fast. then finally, i found a username that selling her tix with an extra 300yen (original price 9000yen) and it's a new user bcs her tweets only for the ticket selling so ofc i doubt at first (-nope i doubt many time) but i tried mentioning her, she agree to sell it to me and ask to meet me at the venue for collecting the ticket. (rest of story is in next post, the day - JAT ^^)
that's 3 err.. 2 safe ways to getting the tickets, after you get your precious paper, just enjoy counting days, preparing the accessories (lightstick i mean) and oh! you can also ask to send your tix via post to your hotel in korea/japan if you dont have a time to meet up. and so, sleep well before the concert :>
the day - SWC2 (mood;
when i watched swc2 i came at 10 am for buying the official merchandise (the concert start at 6pm). the line was already long when i came and it was summer so the weather was hot till my skin got darken lol. there are so many people wearing shinee attribute, and many fansites selling their merch and giving slogan. i met prince romeo fansite and they gave me sherlock fan (it's so cute!) with some shinee stickers :3, aaaaand after 2 hours of waiting finally i got the merch i want and by that time (around 12-1pm) some merch are already sold out, so if you want to buy an official merch, i suggest you to come in the morning. after that i came to ticket booth to exchange my e-voucher into the real tickets because usually ticket box open at around 12pm.. anyway, i still got several hours till the concert starts so i heading to a nearest mall to grab some lunch.. then at around 5 pm i came back to the venue and i should line up (again) to get in the stadium and now the lines are divided by section.
I get into the stadium full of sw with their lightsticks and shinee's songs are playing from the soundsystem. i sat on my chair and looking through my section, and what i found is mid-age / mom-age sw. i'm not kidding, i dont know why but there are many of mom-age sw around me, some of them even brought their child lol. time pass and they start playing the vcr *_*...but it got hang at middle part so they replayed the vcr haha and we also replayed the scream :D. then a idk some spaceship coming down in the middle of stage and shinee member, one-by-one, getting out from the spaceship and the whole stadium start to get crayyyyzey
and so on they performed beautifully and screaming is all over the place, untill one time the light is gone and there was red spot light and with some music i didn't know yet then a person came out without ehm-- shirtless. yep. that was jonghyun and his internet war solo. his body covered with a temporary tattoos i didn't recognize at first then i spot "kingjonghyun" and wow every jonghyun fansites name is written all over his body. that was cool. and awesome. what hurt me is that there was a name of ex-fansite that he still write in his body :( anyway taemin came up and u know the rest. BUT from my point of view (right side) they didnt. i was in shock that time i even fall from my chair hahahhah! after that hawt stage, there come onew with suit and sang jason mraz's i wont give up but suddenly the music hang and onew's face was like confused and i thought that was a true mistake because of the first vcr mistake and i said "omg!! poor onew couldn't finish his solo?!" but then an upbeat song (passionate goodbye) plays and some staff did a lilbit makeover to onew and gave him a specs...x_x
another memorable moment was when they played a clip that shows predebut era-now with shinee on stage so they also watch the clip. the clip also shows how fans cheer them up and all so the clip itself was already heartwarming but then the name i loved played and at the upper section shawol turn on a red lightstick so it became "shinee/saranghae"(if i'm not mistaken, bcs i cant see it clearly from my point of view) . seeing that they started to cry, Jonghyun was the first to cry and the whole stadium starts to cry even before they sing. i remember the first lyric was onew but he even couldnt finish the first sentence :__( (that's when i cried omg) so all shawols help him to finish. key couldn't look up, minho is turning back to cry and taemin also cried (i was so surprised&touched by that). their voices were shaky and they all couldnt finish their lines and all sw sing it for them. that was very, very beautiful atmosphere. i still touched by that everytime i watch the fancam:c.
now i'm gonna be a bit biased in here and i dont know why but i kinda have a different feeling when watching their concert from another k-concert maybe because i like them more than another k-idol but the atmosphere is different too. i feel like a friend with them instead of a fan because they interact with fans in a different way. they aren't pick some fans or did much fanservice but they are like playing with all of us, asking us, talk to us, and they make a gap between fans-idol disappear (the stage is still far though) lol. and we answer them, we also communicate with them. we are laughing with them, even though i absolutely don't understand what are they talking but somehow i can also laugh and understand by seeing them. how tired they are, they trying so hard that they can bring us smile and make the concert into some happy-place to meet us and to be close with all of us.
and thank you for that.
annyeong!

gonna post the jat later :)
